| Zalora 2020 Try-On Haul |
My first fashion haul in this entire blog!!! In the entire 7 year history!!!
I’m so excited to be sharing this Zalora haul with y’all. I always like to shop at Zalora because it’s a good source of clothes that aren’t so “common”. When we get invited to PR events, the brand will usually specify a very specific theme and color palette, and of course, the event will be at a specified time and date. If we are to go to mall stores like H&M or Forever 21 to grab something to wear, there’s a sizable chance there’ll be someone who’ll wear the exact same thing at the event. I have been to a PR event and there was another guest wearing the exact same H&M dress I was wearing! With Zalora, there are millions of clothes across all their sub-brands, so the chance of having the same outfit as someone else is much, much, much lower. This is why I like to shop at Zalora, Fashion Nova, and YesStyle for my event garb overall.
This is also subsequently my first fashion haul on YouTube! I have never done any in my life, so it was also interesting and exciting to try out this video format.
The following images are those of me wearing the item and the screenshot of the item on Zalora. For reference, all items I have worn in this haul are Medium size. I am 161cm (5 feet 3.5 inches) and about 58.5Kg (about 128-130 pounds).
I got this for my headshot shoots, as I usually look for cute sleeveless white tops to wear. The fit of this top isn’t very good, as you can also see in the vid, but the bow detail looks so good for headshots and online meetings!!!

I got this awhile back, and just included it in this haul with other items. This is a comfy and cool dress that looks cute, and I was able to wear this to school when I was in Japan. I like how this is casual enough for most occasions, but also cute enough that this can be worn to church or casual PR events.

I got this gym top alongside other gym stuff to sorta celebrate my 2 years with my gym. I ordered this and all, but well, this pandemic happened, so I ended up using this for home workouts instead. This will work well for gyms as there is air conditioning, but for home workouts, this can be a little too hot for my liking.

I also got this as part of my mini gym celebration, and this has been really helpful during home workouts as the fabric is cool and breathable. The holes and panels going on the sides have also been really helpful during the hot summer months.

I was surprised that a medium fit me! I have quite a lot of leggings, and while this was helpful for gym workouts, it’s just too hot at home to be wearing yoga pants. I got this pair of shorts to add to the gym shorts I could wear while we still cannot go back to the gym.

This is a new top I got to add to my collection. I got some red leggings lately, and as such, I have been wearing them with my white gym tops. I got this to compliment my black leggings and shorts, to add some variety. In the video, I also showed that this has a mesh panel at the back, and that was also something I put into consideration as I wanted more items I could use for home workouts.

This was part of the gym celebration haul, and this is also comfy as it’s long enough that it doesn’t awkwardly lift when I’m doing moves with tabletop position and other moves with the legs raised. The fabric is also cool, and there’s a hole at the back, so it’s also a great choice for home workouts.

I got this top for headshot shoots as well, and just to add a really basic top I could pair with any skirt or pair of jeans I owned. We all need these simple blouses for lunch outs and church, and while we’re not doing all those in the pandemic, I just felt that one can never have too many basic white blouses haha.

This was a dress that I got because PR events always ask you to wear white. This is a simple lace dress of decent length that I can wear to most kinds of events, including parties, church gatherings, and the like. I have worn this when I was assigned as a godmother at a baptism.

This was a dress I got from a while back, and I got it because I thought that the twist front detail made it unique. It’s also a very flattering design with the garter panels at the front and back, as these help to accentuate the waist and make it look even smaller.

I got this mainly for the goal of using this for online meetings and YouTube. It’s a refreshing design, and it’s also practical in the sense that the fabric is cool and the design is adaptable to different kinds of outfits. I can see myself wearing this with my pleated skirts or under my overalls.

This is another item I bought for the new normal. It’s yet another cute looking top that I think I can use for online meetings and the like. It’s a bit too short, and the buttons have gaps, so this will need to be worn with a tube top or some sort of undershirt underneath. But other than that, I think that this design is unique.
